Our bitters do more than accompany a drink.
Just as Bitter Science transforms rescued food and natural flavoring into charismatic new concoctions, our bitters transform any beverage into an entirely new experience. Each formula presents its own distinct and nuanced profile - not unlike the plumage of the birds that adorn our bottles.
The Bitter Science Company proudly supports conservation efforts around the globe, so we have chosen to promote birds of great character on every bottle. In addition, a portion of the proceeds from every bottle purchased will be donated to the Audubon Society to help protect our feathered friends.
